Malaysian Trumpet Snails??

Karen K: asked: "How large do Malaysian Trumpet snails grow??"

Ken responds: The MTSs I have range from about the size of a small pen head
to 3/4 of an inch long. Although I started with just two of them, I have all
kinds of sizes, shapes, and colors. The general shape is conical with the
opening end (the head) somewhat bigger than the tapered end (the tail). If
your sister's snail matches this description and it burrows into the
substrate when the lights are on and comes out when the lights are off, your
sister probably has an MTS.
