neon lights
Hello I hope that this is not a stupid question, but can neon light be
fixed to emit the proper light for plant growth. What I have in mind is
coating the inside of the tubes with some kind of material that would emit
the proper spectrum for plant growth. The reason for this idea is the close
working space and the lack of heat generated by the tubes. The transformers
could be housed elsewhere.
