Though there are many people involved in the AGA as an organization, the
journal is essentially the product of one person, Neil Frank, and he's
been distracted/burned out/dealing with other things for the past 6
months. I suspect the main problem is that there aren't a lot of articles
being submitted to TAG (they don't write themselves); the extra work of
having to drag them out of exchanges and other sources would be enough to
burn me out.
Anyway, judging from Neil's messages to the management committee, he's
close to finishing the new issue. There'll be an announcement on the
website when it's out.
