Yes, they're two different kits. The one at That Fish Place is the
one you want. It's LaMotte Code 2109, Model P-BTB, Their "Bromthymol
Blue" Kit. Range 6.0, 6.2, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8, 7.0, 7.2, 7.4 It's That Fish
Place Item # LM0015, and $26.89. (1-888-THATPET) It can also be ordered
direct from LaMotte (1-800-344-3100), www.lamotte.com).
The one at Pet Warehouse is Lamotte's "Wide Range Kit", Code 2119,
Model P-5085, Range 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, 8.5
Both kits are listed at
http://www.lamotte.com/WEB-SITE/ENV/HOME-ENV.HTM, LaMotte's "Outdoor
Monitoring" page. For some reason, the "Bromthymol Blue" kit doesn't
appear at Lamotte's "Aquarium and Aquaculture Education" page or at
their "Aquarium and Fish Farming" page (despite the fact that I and
others have brought this to their attention.) Pet Warehouse offered to
special order the Bromthymol kit for $40+, but seems disinclined to
stock it.
