Neil (the editor) been pretty busy with personal business and has not been
able to edit the latest TAG for several months.  I don't think he's had
time to read this list either.  I try to keep the website updated with the
table of contents from the latest TAG, so you can always check there
(http://www.aquatic-gardeners.org).

One thing of note: TAG needs articles!
