green water is gone.!

Hi all,
I recently posted aboput a slight green water problem, Well I did a 50
percent water change, added a half dose of flourish and a few days later
bang the tank is crystal clear! I think the green water gets starved to
death and just dies..... Because the water was pretty green and slowly just
cleared up! BTW the tank is now completely algae free, Im so excited,
