New Tank setup

Hi all,

I'm in the process of setting up a 10 gallon planted tank and a 30 gallon
planted tank. I've been keeping fish for around 6-7 years now. I've never
had much success with plants in the past, except for Java Moss, so I'd like to
ask all of you a few questions:

First about the 30 gallon:

PH 6.6
KH 1.0
GH 11
2 30w Vita-lights w reflector
1 internal fluval 2
I plan to add 2" of florite and 1" of fine gravel to the tank.
I'd like to add the following plants:

Hygrophila polysperma (Dwarf Hygrophila)
Ludwigia repens x. "arcuata" (Ludwigia narrowleaf)
Shinnersia rivularis (Mexican Oak Leaf)
Vesicularia dubyana (Java Moss)
Egaria Densa (Anacharis)
Limnophilia indica (or aquatica ?) (Ambulia)
Marsilea Crenata (Dwarf Four-Leaf Clover)
Microsorium pteropus (Java Fern)
Lilaeopsis novaezelandae (Micro sword)
Ceratopterus thalictroides (Water Sprite)
Valisneria sp. "Asiatica" (Corkscrew)
Sagittaria (Narrow leaf) Dwarf Subulata
Sagittaria (Broadleaf Sag)
Anubias Nana
Glossostigma elatinoides

Are these good choices? Do I need to add more light and if so, do I need to
add CO2? How many plants will I need to fill the 30 gallon and keep algea
down? I also plan to add Otto's and SAE's as algea eaters. When should I add
these fish? And will Malaysian Needlepoint or Trumpet Snail be a good
addition? I've heard that these keep soil aerated.

Sorry for all the questions.
Thanks in advance,

Karen
