The other day I checked out a website, (I think it was George Booth's, but don't shoot me if I'm wrong), where all kinds of different bulbs were listed along with their wattage and lumens. It seems that the higher the colour temperature, the lower the lumens. These were all regular fluorescent tubes. Hmmmm. Dr. Momfish
