Nupro `S` Needle Valve Pressures- Help Needed

Hi all,

I have just purchased a Nupro Series `S` needle valve for my bottled CO2
setup. I was previously using a much cheaper version that simply did not
give enough control.

The OUTPUT dial of my twin dial pressure regulator on my bottle reads in CFH
& Lpm (litres per min ??) - what should this be set to so that my needle
valve stands a chance of correctly regulating the flow ? A figure of 20 psi
?? comes to mind but my bottle guage output only shows cfh & lpm.

Can anyone help ?
