You told us some stuff about your tank, but not how much live plant material.
Until you can identify the amount of plants, and their total metabloic rate,
you can not answer this question.  So the answer is- Gee! there's no way to
tell without some kind of test, or by reducing the dose and observing to see
when you have a deficiency, then increasing it a little.
