Let's say that some how electrolysys does in fact form CO2 and is completely legitimate. Why would CO2 be the only product? Why wouldn't it produce other hydrocarbons such as CH4, methane for instance? Is it capiable of creating O3? Some other by product might explain the death of certaint fish. Just a little tidbit I thought up, this might be completely false, just a random idea. Adam
