Thanks for the insight Dave:)

But really folks, I don't want to "know the guys at Vetrapoint".  I have a
contract with them for a "monthly subscription" and have waited long enough.
There has been no attempt to notify me or anyone that I know who has
subscribed to the English version of the AquaJournal why and how long we can
expect delays.  Maybe they think we will just all go away and for get about
the $100+ bucks we shelled out.  If I treated my customers like they do I
would be out of business.

I would be willing to front a letter from myself and others from my lawyer
so they can "know" us better.

I just don't know what else to do?
