Hi, 

I have a 10 gallon planted tank.  I have a very low pH of around 6.0. 
I'm hesitant to add CO2 for fear of lowering the pH even more.  Any
suggestions?  Should I increase the ph somehow?  I'm very confused.  I
have always had a problem with high pH, so it's been easy to simply
add CO2 to bring it down to 6.8 or 7.0.

tank: 10 gallons
lighting: two 15 watt vitalites/10 hours per day
filter: eheim with ADA bio-rio
water: spring water. 1/3 tank every week
ph: 6.0!
hardness: 3
