Banana Plants
About a month ago I placed my two Banana plants (Nymphoides aquatica) in my
betta breeding tank. After the fry became free swimming, I added 4 ramshorn
snails to the tank to play clean up duty. With in a week, one of the snails
had eaten every bit of the two banana plants with the exception of the
little "bananas" at the bottom. I removed the "bananas" and placed them in
my plant tank where they have been for three weeks now. The problem is they
haven't even started to show signs of regrowing (but they are staying nice
and green). Is there something that I need to do to them to get them to
regrow their stalks and leaves or what?
