Where are people buying thier Tropica Mastergrow?

Just curious where in the U.S.A. are people on the APD list are getting
their supply of Tropica's Mastergrow?  Is this more widely available 
from Canadian sources? (if so, what are the sources and what does the
exchange rate make to be in US dollars?).  I know MMM (Monolith Marine
Monsters) carries it, but I was just looking around to see if there were
any other sources.
