Tom, I can't answer all your questions but I think I should try because
James Lim, the publisher of the Aqua Journal is a personal friend of
mine
and he's somewhere in Europe at the moment attending the Inter-zoo.
First of all, why Singapore? Now, that's a funny question. Why not?
My country is one of the major exporters of aquarium fish and plants
in the world. So, why can't a magazine be launched from here?
As for the USA being lumped into a "All foreign country", what do you
expect? Do you really believe that the USA should be put into a special
category all by itself?
About the credit card order, I can't vouch for it being absolutely safe
but quite a number of my fellow Singaporeans and I have ordered the Aqua
Journal through it and we have not encountered any problems.
About the web-site not looking well-managed, I do agree with that. But
it's only just started, I believe with time, it will have everything it
promised.
When James comes back to Singapore, rest assured I will forward your
post
to him. James is a subscriber to this mailing list too but he once told
me that he usually doesn't have the time to read most of the postings.
