You answered your own question.  Use NaHCO3 to raise just KH.  Use CaCO3 to 
raise both KH and GH.  Use MgSO4 (Epsom Salts) to raise just GH (Mg only). Use a 
mixture to achieve the KH/GH(Ca/Mg) balance you desire.  And, yes, it has been 
answered quite a few times.
