For such a short period of time, I recommend pulling out the plants, wrapping
them in wet newspaper, and sealing them in plastic bags.  Empty the tank of
water, and either leave the substrate alone, or put it in a clean bucket.  By
day 5, you should be ready to re-establish the tank.
