        I just got an e-mail today from a friend of mine. I'm not sure how true
this is but it is still good to know. Though this has nothing to do with aquatic
plants, I feel that it is a useful bit of information to pass along. Pac Bell
allows you to give another person on another line the ability to charge all
calls to your account. The previous person who called you can charge you up when
you dial "90#".  Stay clear of these numbers, and you should be ok.
