CO2 fire extinguisher and poly-B tubing

Hi! I would like to post two unrelated questions:
1-what kind of retrofit is necessary to a CO2 fire extinguisher to be used
for aquarium CO2 injection?
2-what specific tubing (material wise) do you use to distribute RO water.  I
have read a horror stories about polubutylene tubing, being now also
considerred to be banned in some states.
