I have noticed some confusion in a couple of recent postings.
Manganese and magnesium are _not_ the same. Magnesium can be added as
epsom salts (magnesium sulphate). Manganese is usually added in chelated
form; if your trace element mix doesn't contain it, you could use
any manganese salt with a nontoxic counterion (I have used the sulphate),
mixed in a solution with EDTA or its disodium salt. Manganese salts
will probably have to be obtained from a laboratory supply company.
