PMDD & What Else ?

Hi All,

Assuming I use PMDD and my GH & KH levels are generally accepted as being
correct (circa 5 & 3 degrees), should I be adding anything else to my water
? I have a fertile substrate.

I add calcium,magnesium & sodium bi-carb to my R/O water to reconstitute it
- should I be adding anything else ? I understand that PMDD is a complete
formula and I should not be adding any eg. nutrient tablets.

Generally, would you agree with this regime ?
