CO2-KH-Ph.. and ALGEA

hi to all ... i have a problem concerning my PH... its been up from
a regular 6.8 to a 7.2 - 7.6 fluctuation ... this has been so since
the temp has gone down ... sometime december ... temp from 32degs to
28 degs ... also ... with this my algea has bloomed ... green hair
algea .. i am still pumping the same amount of CO2 i think in the
tank.. i use 2pcs 2lit bottles ... 2cups sugar..1/4 tsp yeast
1tsp baking soda and 1tsp flour.. yeast i use is bakers yeast..
my plants seemed to have slowed down their growth since this has h
happened... i change water 1/3 of volume every week..i dose about a
tblspn of Kent water plant micronutrient with iron... every change in
water..oh i forgot i use a JBL permanent CO2 plus PH test kit
submerged in my tank to monitor CO2 and PH..

this best describes what i have and do now ..

problem :

1. does temp affect PH ?
2. does hardness affect PH and CO2 absorption ??
3. would it help if i use RO water (partially) in my water change ??
that is to get my PH down and CO2 up ??
4. how does PH affect the algea in my water ??
5. what other options can i do to get my PH down and CO2 up ??

hope that someone can shed light on this problem..
TIA... HAPPY PLANTING TO ALL
