Your local store is going to charge you $656 to install lighting!? 
At that price I should hope theyre going to install it for 'free'. You 
dont say what your tank dimensions are but Im sure you could install a 
reasonable lighting system for a fraction of what you have been quoted. 
Go to a store that sells lights (not Walmart or the like), sit down with 
one of their consultants, and tell them what you want to do. Any halfway 
decent lighting store will be able to help you.
