Hello all, Due to the recent discussions on hair algae, I thought I would provide some input. I changed water a little more frequently (about once every two weeks), and I floated philadendron cuttings in a styrofoam egg carton, to soak up the excess phosphates. My hair algae has decreased by about 70% and the plants grew roots like weeds. Just my part, Rod http://www.bright.net/~preston
