I recently placed an order with Aquatic Plantation, the only Canadian 
mail-order plant supplier that I am aware of.

I had the ordered plants within a week of ordering.  They were as good as 
anything I have ever purchased from my LFS and they have varieties not 
commonly available in my area.

The only downside:  Shipping is expensive, since they only ship with 
overnight delivery.  The plants I ordered (6) came to $25, but shipping 
added an additional $20.  Shipping costs are more palitable if you are 
placing a larger order.
