Try "Freshwater Biozyme"! These bacteria seem to destroy "Bluegreen Algae" (Cynobacteria). Double dose and it will disappear in a couple of weeks. These are catalytic bacteria and biological activators with accelerators - - in a "resting" stage that come to life when added to water.
