Dupla's also has a check value built in, it doesn't leak and it is
made from very nice plastic.

Dupla's also has a place for water to enter, media to help mix the
water and CO2, a venturi at the inlet to make fine bubbles, suction
cups to mount it and it is made from very nice plastic.
