CO2 REGULATOR

Hi...I am looking to put together a CO2 system.  I already have a 5lb CO2
tank but now i need to find a regulator for it.  I am not looking for
anything "high tec" what-so-ever!  I just want to inject the CO2 into my tank
(i already have built a Reactor) and then i'll do all the testing myself (i
don't want to spend a lot of money...i won't be buying a bubble counter and
all that good "unneeded stuff").  If anyone out there can tell me where i can
find a cheep regulator or if someone is selling an old one please let me
know.  Also, if i was to purchase one from somewhere how much do they usually
run?
