From what I've been told, some of the fancier strains (orandas and such)
have. I think the problem is that they will eat a lot a temperatures lower
than their squashed-up intestines can efficiently process the food. The
end result is floating fish. (not dead, just floating<g>) As soon as we
kept the temp from dropping, they were able to keep swimming normally even
right after eating.
