Hi All


   I bought some of the PMDD ingredients today from a local Hydroponics
I'm not sure if this is close enough to the posted PMDD formula, these 
are all in dry powdered form, here is whats listed:

Chelated Trace Element Mix    150 gram container was $ 6.00 (Canadian $$)

  Iron       - 2.1  ppm
  Manganese  -  .6  ppm
  Zinc       -  .12 ppm
  copper     -  .03 ppm
  Boron      -  .39 ppm
  Molybdenum - .018 ppm

KNO3  -   500 gram container was $ 3.40
MgSO4 -   500 gram container was $ 4.00
K2SO4 -   500 gram container was $ 3.40
