Each of our three tanks has two 6" adult SAEs.  Your Mayaca came from
the discus tank and it has never been nibbled on.  I wish they *would*
nibble on it - it grows too fast.  This tank and another have Rotola
rotundifolia and it's never been nibbled.  Other fine leaved plants
also have no problem.  We once tried R. wallichii in the Rainbowfish
tank but the 'bows thought it was heavenly so it's no more.
