Subject: New Bulb Standards

Hi,

When will the 40 watt T12 bulb supply dry up?  Will these new more energy 
efficient bulbs be compatible with our old ballasts or will we have to buy 
new ballasts?  Should we go out and buy up all of the bulbs we can 
now? Thank you.
