I figured I'd hear from you on that one ;-) But if you can recant (or at
least back down a peg) from a statement made in the heat of the moment, so
can I.<g> You are certainly right, that there's a lot that the advanced,
or at least determined aquarist can leasrn from the scientific community.
Heck, I've learned a great deal of useful information from a college botany
text. OTOH, it certainly doesn't filter down easily, or else it often gets
badly mangled in the translation. (and we're not even talking about
translation from a foreign language here) We are all indebted to you for
passing a lot of this information on to us.
