CO2 tank setup

To all,

I'm looking to setup a CO2 tank/regulator/needle valve rig and have a
few questions:

1) What brand parts did you use?  Price of parts?
2) Any problems with said parts?
3) Local (Seattle, WA) or mail-order places to purchase parts?

I'm looking to keep it under $150 if possible.  Please respond to my
email address.  If anyone else is interested, I'll compile all responses
and send it to anyone who wants it.
