Electronic ballasts and some wiring q's

	I've been looking for a way to reduce the number of cords coming
from my tanks, and thought that if I could find an electronic ballast that
runs compact flourescents, I'd be in good shape.  Unfortunately, I haven't
found any such thing. Does anyone know whether they exist?
	Another solution would be to run more than one on an in-line
ballast.  Is this possible, and if so, what type of ballast would I need?
	Also, I'm looking for a good electronic ballast to run T-12s.
Wizards and MorePowers seem to have an incredibly high failure rate these
days, so if anyone can suggest the name and source of some reliable
ballasts, I'd appreciate it.
	Do T-8 bulbs need to be grounded?
