Ross Gemmill asked where he can find the main ingredients for the PMDD
formula...

Here in Canada I was able to get all of the ingredients from one of the 
'HomeGrown' authorized hydroponics retailers.  Their head office telephone
number is (800) INFO-GROW...web address: www.hydroponics.com  ---> maybe they
would be able to send you some product.  It is part of their "6 pack" 
series...cost <$20cdn...
