GBA

Hi Stephen,

Gibberalic acid (aka GBA) is a wonderful growth hormone in plants. But it
is often abused, and it is rather toxic (but no more so than other things
that are used). I have no idea why it is restricted or when this happened.
I have used this compound in camelia growing. You inject the newly
developing flower buds to get HUGE flowers. It is also used extensivelt in
plant tissue culture.

Sigma chemical company lists it in their catalog (cat #g 1025) but it is a
TAD pricey at $30 for 1 g!!! But if you are really in the mood to
experiment...
