won't kill your fish by putting houseplants into your aquarium, you probably _
will_ kill the plants! Those that like air to breathe don't do well (at least 
long term, like more than 2 weeks) when they are drowned. Stick with real 
aquatic plants and your success will be much easier to achieve. (Aquatics are 
enough of a challenge!)
