Holy frag bombs, Batman! Thanks for the report, and I'm glad no
person/animal was hurt. It's very easy to get rather complacent about
those pressure cylinders and I for one will keep this little incident
in mind for some time to come.
It's also good to know that they appear to `fail-safe'.
