This meltdown is common. My suggestion - don't monkey with too many parameters right now. Plant everything, adjust the lighting to 12 hours on 12 hours off, don't fertilize, just give things time to settle in. I never fertilize and allow the fish to provide the nutrients and have grown fields of crypts over the pat 15-20 years. Stressful situations will cause wilt - sometimes changing lighting periods or bulbs, digging up plants for transplanting, swings in water chemistry changes, etc. Things will improve in time.
