Re your " simple issues complicated" on that we clearly disagree. There are
numerous people here who have historically made incalcuable efforts to
explain and discuss concepts, simple to the complex, to both neophytes and
journeymen (women). But do attempt to get your facts (and terms; e.g.,
nitrates vs. nitrites) straight before you criticize and particularly if you
choose to make unequivocal statements. And in fact some things, such as
physical laws, are pretty much written in stone, so again your comments are
simply not well thought out nor your arguments well made.
