Not unless they were moved from a mature tank, so were already seeded with
nitrification bacteria.  Otherwise, establishing a nitrification cycle is a
matter of chance. In my opinion, that is a waste of time and effort.  Add
the right bugs and it will build mature colonies quickly.

The figures you give for pH, KH, and GH are fine.  There is plenty of margin
there.
