Nope, if the RO is run under a N2 atmosphere, it will be collected at close
to pH 7, but soon after exposure to air (with CO2) it will decline markedly
on the acidic side.  If the RO is run high rejection and produces product
with undetectable (by hobby test kits) KH (carbonates and bicarbonates), it
will be closer to pH 6 than 7.  Any organic acids (inevitable in tanks with
any bioload present) and it will drop lower quickly.
