[APD] Replacement heater for QT Tank

If you have the completely submersible heater and they are near the bottom of the tank, you do not even need to unplug them during the water changes as you should not have to change so much water as to bring the water level that low. It does to hurt to unplug them as long as you remember to re plug them in after you do your water changes,
