[APD] Plants that turtles won't eat

Hi all,
            I have 2 tanks. A 75 gallon planted community fish tank with 
an assortment of plants and a 90 gallon turtle tank with 4 goldfish and 
a red eared slider. I'm trying to see if I can find any plants that I 
can grow in the tank that the turtle won't eat. Has anyone has any 
experience with anything like this??
