I haven't, although I have thrown plants in with my fish that I got
from the same excursions without ill effect. I think the chance of
disease is pretty low, since I'm harvesting from pools that have no
fish, and dry out regularly. Certainly, they're cleaner than anything
I've picked up at the local fish stores.

The bigger worry in my mind would be unfriendly water bugs slipping in.
