Yeah, its like saying someone can't write about Einsteins theroy of 
relativity because its his.  As  long as you are not plaugerizing something 
somebody wrote, you have every right to write about the concept and those 
who use it. And there is nothing underhanded about it either. I remember 
when Scott wrote about EI, there was some griping about it on 
plantedtank.net. I thought these people were seriously mis guided and doing 
Scott a great injustice.
