[APD] LEDs once more

The BBC yesterday had a very interesting radio program about LEDs on 
Material World.

I for one didn't know that so called white LEDs are really blue with a 
yellowing phosphorus that only looks white(ish) due to the workings of the 
human eye.

Well so much for trying to grow plants with these then!
