[APD] Green Water

I have no idea what's causing this.  I bulb on my UV sterizer has
konked out.  I think I am going to take the lights of and fish out
that damn guppy!  That's all there is too it.  The daphnia go in and
stay in for a month or two, that should scrub it and give it time for
the darn plants to really get growing!
